COMING SOON
SEPTEMBER 2026
Two gated acres of private, wooded land inside the Perimeter — with a MARTA station close enough to walk to and I-20 right at the end of the road.
This is the thing Atlanta hasn't had: a real campground experience without leaving the city. Pull through the gate and the traffic disappears. What's left is trees, open ground, a huge communal fire pit, and the kind of quiet you normally have to drive two hours north to find. Then, when you want the city, you walk to the train and you're downtown without ever touching a parking deck.
Stay how you want to stay. Book a single bed in the hostel-style house — 12 beds, clean and simple, priced for people who'd rather spend their money on the trip than the room. Take over a private camper instead; there are several on site to choose from, each set up and ready. Or sleep under canvas: bring your own tent, or book one of the pre-built romantic tent sites, already standing and made up, for the nights you want the outdoors without the setup.
The common areas are the heart of it. The fire pit is big enough for the whole property to gather around, and that's usually what happens — solo travelers, couples, and groups swapping stories after dark. There's disc golf across the property for the afternoons, and a garage packed with games for when the weather turns or the night keeps going. It's the rare place in a major city where guests actually meet each other.
The location is the quiet superpower. Walking distance to the MARTA entrance means no rental car, no rideshare surge, no parking hunt — the airport, downtown, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the BeltLine are all a train ride away. Right off I-20 means if you did drive, you're on the highway in a minute. Inside the Perimeter means you're not commuting in from the suburbs to see the city you came for.
**Opening September 2026.** More is on the way: a natural swimming hole, a walking trail through the property, and an on-site gym are all in development.
Whether you're passing through for a concert, in town for a game, working a stretch of contract work, or just want to sleep by a fire in the middle of Atlanta — pick your bed, pick your camper, pick your tent, and come stay.
